Empowering the PossibilityExercise #100101Read each part of the exercise and get a clear understanding of what you are doing to do before doing it. Then, as best you can, do the exercise without referring to the written materials.
Part 1Find a comfortable place and a chair where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the exercise.Sit down. Close your eyes and take three slow deep breaths breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Focus on the air slowly filling up your lungs and energizing your body. Now do this again and this time, get the idea that you are taking in energy that fully supports your body operating optimally. As you exhale, get the idea of you are expelling anything that in anyway inhibits your body from operating perfectly.
Part 2Now get that the idea universe is your playground and you can be, do, create or have anything you want. Remember it is just an idea and a pretense. So keep it light. Now get the idea that you are stuck in traffic with the desire to be somewhere else. Make this as real as you can. See the cars and hear the traffic as best you can. Feel your presence in the car. Feel the pressure of your hands on the wheel and your body against the seat covers. Imagine smelling something that might be present in this reality. Now get the idea that you can teleport your car to another location. Get the idea that not being able to teleport is just one form of reality, one of the billions of possible ways in which the reality could be constructed by God and the infinite. Now get the idea that you have been given the power to teleport your car. Feel the excitement and the anticipation of actually pulling it off. Let the excitement grow. Get a crystal clear idea of where you are and where you wish to be. Feel yourself getting ready to give the command to transport. Imagine your excitement reaching a crescendo and then feel yourself and the car teleporting on your command. Now once again take three deep enjoyable breaths and feeling a sense of accomplishment.
Part 3Now sit back in your comfortable chair once again and play with these questions:
