Creating and Uncreating Negative and Positive Energies

The WonderWorld University Dictionary defines negative energy as "The action of creating or imposing space or separation between one or more beings, people, places, subjects or things". Positive energy is defined as "The action of removing any concept of space or separation between yourself and any beings, people, places, subjects or things".

This process is an invitation to exercise your basic abilty to create separation and integration. There is no judgement here that one is better or more valuable than the other. Each creation results in a particular condition or experience. It is one of the things one can do or experience, or it is one of the things one can be. The idea here is to become consciously aware of your ability to create and chose to create separation or integration at will. Clearing up meanings and judgements regarding speparation, integration, negative and positive energy, will greating contribute to the value and objectives of this exercise. Those steps are enumerated in the Judgement Series. They can be done before, or after this process. Doing both back and forth will often produce the most dramatic results.

  1. Get the idea that you are separate from the walls.
  2. Get the feeling that you are separate from the walls.
  3. Observe your separation from the walls.
  4. Now get the idea that the walls are part of you. Pretend or imagine that this is true and imagine that you are imagaing it perfectly.
  5. Now get the feeling that the walls are part of you.
  6. Now close your eyes, if you haven't done so already, and perceive the walls as being part of you. (i.e. Be conscious of it. If you are having any difficulty doing that, pretend that you are perceiving the walls to be a part of you. Imagine it and allow your imagination to be as real as you can.)
  7. Now repeat steps 1 through 6 for each of the following items:
    • THE ROOM YOU ARE IN
    • THE SPACE THAT IS IN BETWEEN THE WALLS, THE FLOOR AND THE CIELING.
      (First put your attention on the space rather that the objects. Experience how that feels and then do the steps 1 to 6. If at any time you feel to "spacy" or disorientated, and you want to cease feeling that way, open your eyes and feel objects with your hands, face and body. Lie on the floor and really feel it. Continue until the unwanted feeling goes away. They resume the steps. You can also simply remove your judgemets that say this is a BAD or UNCOMFORTABLE feeling. It is just A FEELING.)
    • THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING.
    • THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
    • THE SUBJECT OF ANIMATION
      (Here you want to feel, imagine or pretend that you are the subject itself. Just imagine that you are and allow yourself to experience whatever happens)
    • ALL THE PEOPLE AT DISNEYWORLD
      (Here you want to get the idea and the feeling that you are All OF THESE PEOPLE, that you are looking through a thosand eyes, that you have a thousand different points of view. Imagine that you can and do focus on one, two, and/or all of the point of view. Play around with it. Keep it light and fun.
    • ALL OF THE PEOPLE AND ALL OF THE THINGS THAT ARE DISNEYWORLD
      (Including the objects, the plants, the employees, and the ground itself).
    • ALL OF THE PEOPLE ON THE PLANET EARTH.
    • THE PLANET EARTH ITSELF INCLUDING ALL OF THE PEOPLE AND ALL OF THE OBJECTS
    • ANY PERSON, PLACE, SUBJECT OR THING THAT YOU WOULD LIKE.
